Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the perfect arrow flight is to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fletched Arrows (due to potential damage to fletching during inspection)
- Custom-made Traditional Arrows (made to specific customer specifications)
- Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the items in their original packaging and include:
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Return authorization number clearly visible
Ship to our Oakland address using a trackable method. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days and notify you of the approval status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of return inspection:
- Original payment method: Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal will be refunded to the original payment method
- Processing time: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
- Amount refunded: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state the product you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is received and approved
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using the same carrier as your original shipment (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products (like bent arrow shafts or compromised hunting arrows):
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
